How to open document properties in solidworks

To open the document properties in SolidWorks, follow these steps:

1. Open SolidWorks and the document (part, assembly, or drawing) for which you want to access the properties.
2. Go to the File menu at the top left of the screen.
3. Select Properties from the drop-down menu.
4. or select Tools and select properties and then document properties.

Alternatively, you can use the shortcut:

1. Press Ctrl + P to directly open the properties window.

This window allows you to view and edit custom properties for the document, such as author, company, material, and other metadata.
